No problems but, I also found it is no good at syncing with others like Todoist, Apple To Do, et al. I just use Alexa list on its own. I add eggs or nails or whatever to different lists via voice like "Alexa, add nails to hardware list". Then when I am grocery or hardware shopping I open which ever list on the phone.
