WebYou can target party members in the way you want for 5 man content, but when you get to 20+ man content it'll be waaaaaaay better to be accustomed to mouseovers. Strongly +1 this or learn to use healbot or vuhdu. 5 players x 4-5 useful spells will be overwhelming, not to mention raiding.
