WebI did a few things, not sure which actually did the trick or if it was a combination. Try this and hopefully it'll work for you as well. Go to windows Settings -> Gaming -> TURN OFF Xbox Game Bar. Gaming -> Captures -> TURN OFF all recording. Then Gaming -> Game Mode and ensure Game Mode is ON.
